Dear Sprint,

I most recently changed my plan, hoping to lower my monthly bill cost. I didn’t ever come close to the minutes I was paying for, and I certainly didn’t need unlimited texting. So I figured that, combined with the discount I receive through my employer, I could substantially lower my bill.

Well, changing my plan was easy enough. I actually spoke to a lovely woman named Jamie who explained everything to me when I called to inquire as to why my discount was no longer applied after the plan change. It turns out that after lowering my plan below $35/mo, my discount is no longer applicable. Imagine my surprise to learn that Sprint is actually not completely in tune to the current economy. I did my best not to get angry over the phone because Jamie, like myself, does not make Sprint policy, I assume.

So instead I am writing to Sprint, asking you to reinstate my discount, which I have already been receiving, or I think it’s time we parted ways permanently. I would rather expend the money to immediately discontinue my relationship with Sprint than go on paying for service that I felt was already overpriced, hence my current predicament.

I appreciate your time and look for your reply.
